This is a leadership position where you'll work directly with ownership, experienced office staff, and our field technicians to help build an outstanding operation. About the Role This is not a desk job. Perform final quality inspections before project completion. Coach, mentor, and support field technicians. Hold technicians accountable to company quality standards. Coordinate production schedules with our office staff. Ensure materials, tools, and supplies are available before projects begin. Keep the production shop organized and ready for upcoming work. Identify and resolve production issues before they become customer problems. Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and office staff. Recommend improvements to production processes and workflow. A Typical Week Might Include Visiting multiple active job sites. Performing final walkthroughs with customers. Helping technicians solve challenging field issues. Preparing upcoming projects with the office team. Organizing inventory and production materials. Working with ownership to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. No two days are exactly the same. Qualifications Required Minimum three years of experience leading field crews. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience performing quality control inspections. Experience coaching and developing employees. Experience coordinating production schedules. What Success Looks Like Within your first six months, you'll be helping us: Reduce production issues and callbacks. Improve technician performance through coaching. Keep projects organized and on schedule. Maintain a clean, organized production shop. Improve communication between the office and field. Deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences. Why Join Us? Stable, year-round work. Monday through Friday schedule. Small team where your ideas matter. Modern, growing company investing in technology and better systems. Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow. A chance to make a meaningful impact rather than being another employee in a large corporation.
