Manufacturing Supervisor / Foreman Fairfield, CT Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:40 PM Schedule moving to 7:00 AM-4:40 PM with overtime opportunities Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire for the Right Candidate Lead a Manufacturing Team! We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor / Foreman to oversee daily production activities in a precision manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands manufacturing, knows how to keep production moving, and can lead a team while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity . What You'll Do Oversee daily production activities and workflow Lead, support, and coordinate manufacturing employees Assign work and monitor production throughout the shift Ensure production schedules and goals are met Monitor quality and address issues as they arise Help troubleshoot equipment and production problems Train, coach, and provide direction to employees Ensure employees follow safety and quality procedures Communicate production updates and concerns to management Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Work hands-on with the team when needed What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing leadership experience required Experience as a Foreman, Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Lead, or similar role Strong hands-on machine operation or manufacturing experience Strong math skills, including working with decimals Comfortable taking measurements and working with precise specifications Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read and follow work instructions and production requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive work environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Schedule & Overtime Monday-Friday Current schedule: 8:00 AM-4:40 PM Schedule will move to 7:00 AM-4:40 PM Earlier start time will provide overtime opportunities Full-time hours Why You'll Like This Opportunity Leadership role in a precision manufacturing environment Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity for overtime Hands-on role with a strong focus on production and quality Opportunity to make an impact on the team and daily operations Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire opportunity for the right candidate If you're an experienced manufacturing leader who knows how to keep a team moving while maintaining quality and safety, we'd love to hear from you!
