At the Avionics Product Center, we are at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge electrical instrumentation and wire harnesses to all Final Assembly locations. With a dedicated team of over 220 employees, we ensure the highest standards of quality and precision in every product we deliver. Our mission is to support Sikorsky's innovative aerospace and defense projects, contributing to the success of our global operations.THE WORK
As a Supervisor within the Avionics Product Center, you will oversee a team of hourly operators across one or multiple business units in Stratford, CT. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the assembly, testing, and control of in-process and finished goods meet company standards, government regulations, and contract requirements.You will:
- Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Assist in developing and managing budgets, staffing, and training programs.
- Participate in management meetings to discuss business status and strategies.
- Lead daily team meetings to communicate company objectives and business updates.
- Ensure a safe working environment through regular Environmental, Health, and Safety audits.
- Promote an ethics-based business culture and encourage employee involvement and innovation.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
