Ferti Technologies is a growing company that is a blender of specialty fertilizers for landscape professionals, golf courses and the retail market. Responsibilities:

2nd shift Supervisor responsible for manufacturing and general responsibilities throughout the shift but is not limited to:

• Operation of fertilizer blending equipment
• Prepare fertilizer blends meeting specific formulary requirements
• Loader operation inside production blending area
• Ongoing maintenance support to production equipment
• General plant housekeeping

Qualifications:

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

• Loader experience a plus
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experienced with software-based machinery and equipment a plus
• Must be dependable with driver's license and transportation; available for overtime and weekend work
• Forklift experience and ability to pass a forklift certification test
• Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Adhere to all safety polices and personal protection equipment requirements; follow prescribed work methods
• Focused on quality
• Outstanding housekeeping skills

Physical Demands:

Must be able to perform physical parts of the role Must be comfortable with heights

Job Type:

Full-Time $22.00 hourly plus an additional $1.00 night differential
