This is a hands-on, detail-oriented manufacturing position involving small-part assembly and product testing. Responsibilities Assemble small, precision components and sensor assemblies. Follow work instructions and production procedures. Use hand tools and testing equipment. Perform basic testing, inspections, and quality checks. Document production and testing results. Identify and report defects or issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Manufacturing, assembly, testing, or production experience preferred. Small-part, electronic, electromechanical, or precision assembly experience is a plus. Soldering or wiring experience helpful. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good hand dexterity and ability to work with small components. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
