Pool and Hardscape Construction Natvu is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead daily pool and hardscape operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can direct crews, protect quality, solve field problems, and communicate clearly with customers and company leadership. Responsibilities Lead daily pool and hardscape construction activities. Plan crew assignments, materials, equipment, and daily production priorities. Inspect work for layout, grade, workmanship, finish, and completeness. Catch quality issues before they become rework, callbacks, or customer concerns. Solve field problems involving plans, materials, equipment, site conditions, and sequencing. Communicate delays, scope questions, safety concerns, and customer issues early. Coordinate tools, deliveries, equipment, and jobsite readiness. Train and guide crew members on workmanship, safety, and jobsite standards. Maintain organized, professional, and customer-ready jobsites. Provide daily progress updates, photos, hours, material needs, and next steps. Prepare the site and crew for the following workday. Qualifications Prior experience as a Foreman, Assistant Foreman, Crew Leader, Lead Installer, or experienced field tradesperson. Strong background in hardscaping, excavation, grading, drainage, concrete, masonry, or related outdoor construction. Ability to read plans and understand layout, grade, and project sequence. Strong quality-control skills and practical problem-solving ability. Clear communication and dependable follow-through. Ability to lead a crew respectfully and confidently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical field work.
