Wood Processing Supervisor Location:

New Castle, DE Salary:

$70,000 annually Do you have strong woodworking experience and the leadership skills to keep a production team safe, productive, and on schedule? We're hiring a Wood Processing Supervisor to oversee daily operations and keep production running efficiently!

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and support production workers and machine operators Coordinate daily production schedules and monitor efficiency and quality Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory needs, and production reporting Ensure workplace safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards are maintained Troubleshoot production issues and identify opportunities to improve processes

Shift/Hours:

Monday-Friday | 1st Shift Job Requirements Supervisory experience required with at least 2 years of related experience Strong woodworking, wood cutting, cabinetry, or wood manufacturing experience required Strong leadership, problem-solving, and production management skills Ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Bilingual candidates preferred Benefits at ACCU Staffing include: Medical insurance Paid time off Referral bonuses Rapid-pay debit card for immediate access to your paycheck!
