Job Description
HPC Industrial powered by Clean Harbors is seeking an IS Foreman to lead field crews on industrial cleaning and environmental service projects for utility and energy clients. This role plans and supervises daily work, ensures strict adherence to safety procedures, and coordinates equipment and materials. The IS Foreman conducts JSAs, oversees confined space and high-pressure cleaning tasks, and maintains accurate documentation. You will train and mentor crew members, communicate with site supervisors, and help deliver safe, efficient, and compliant service in demanding industrial environments. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on industrial cleaning and environmental service projects Plan daily work, allocate labor, and coordinate equipment and materials Ensure compliance with all safety policies, JSAs, and regulatory requirements Oversee confined space, hydroblasting, and vacuum operations in utility and energy facilities Conduct pre-job briefings and safety meetings with crew members Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to client specifications Complete required job documentation, logs, and incident reports Train and mentor crew members on safe work practices and equipment use Communicate with site supervisors and clients on job progress and issues Support continuous improvement and environmental responsibility initiatives Required Skills Industrial cleaning equipment operation Hydroblasting and vacuum truck operation Job safety analysis (JSA) preparation Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Confined space entry supervision Hazardous materials handling Reading and interpreting work plans Crew scheduling and task assignment Incident and near-miss reporting Basic computer and documentation skills
