HOUSE MANAGERS
Location:
Florida Lead With Purpose. Support Recovery. Make a Difference. About the Role The Forest is seeking dependable, compassionate, and responsible Hourly House Managers to support our sober living residences. This is a non-live-in, hourly position . House Managers are responsible for helping maintain a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment while supporting residents in their daily routines and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, structured, and recovery-focused home environment Enforce house rules, expectations, and program guidelines consistently Conduct resident intakes within 24 hours, including orientation Monitor and document resident compliance, including curfew, chores, meetings, and behavior Perform routine house checks for cleanliness, safety, and organization Oversee medication storage and accountability procedures Encourage participation in meetings, activities, and recovery programs Assist with transportation coordination when required Complete incident reports and maintain accurate documentation Communicate effectively with leadership and the clinical team Respond calmly and professionally to emergencies Complete required shift notes and documentation Qualifications Valid driver's license required Experience in recovery, behavioral health, or a related field preferred Strong leadership, communication, and boundary-setting skills Ability to manage conflict and de-escalate situations Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings and/or weekends as needed Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with residents
Pay:
$16.00 - $16.50 per hour
