Job Summary We're an established HVAC company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Palm Beach County, and we're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our field operations. You'll oversee our team of Installation, Service, and Maintenance Technicians , ensuring every job — from a routine tune-up to a full system install — is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standard. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows HVAC inside and out, thrives on keeping crews organized and on schedule, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience every time. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for Installation, Service, and Maintenance teams across residential and commercial accounts Dictate the schedule to our dispatch crew to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime between jobs Monitor job progress from start to finish, ensuring work meets company quality standards and code requirements Serve as the point of escalation for technical issues, customer concerns, and on-site problem-solving Coach, train, and mentor technicians; support onboarding of new hires and ongoing skills development Manage inventory, equipment, and material needs in coordination with the warehouse/purchasing team Track production metrics — job completion times, callback rates, technician productivity — and identify areas for improvement Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and

EPA/OSHA

regulations Partner with sales and office staff to align production capacity with sales volume and customer commitments Conduct quality control inspections on completed installs and service calls Requirements 3+ years of experience in HVAC field operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role Strong working knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems, installation practices, and service/repair procedures EPA 608 Certification required; NATE certification a plus Proven ability to manage multiple crews, schedules, and job sites simultaneously Excellent communication and leadership skills — you can motivate a team and handle a tough customer call Comfortable with scheduling/dispatch software and basic reporting tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to travel between job sites throughout Palm Beach County Join us as a Production Supervisor where your expertise will help streamline operations, uphold safety standards, and foster a productive team environment!
