This position ensures that manufacturing operations meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards while complying with applicable regulatory requirements. The supervisor leads a team of production staff, coordinates daily activities to optimize workflow, and helps maintain production schedules. This role is also responsible for troubleshooting operational issues, implementing process improvements, and maintaining accurate documentation to support quality assurance and regulatory audits. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities related to encapsulated product lines to ensure timely and efficient production. Monitor production processes to maintain compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and applicable FDA, ISO, GMP, and other regulatory requirements. Lead, train, and develop manufacturing staff to enhance team performance and adherence to standard operating procedures. Coordinate production workflow and resources to support production schedules and operational goals. Troubleshoot production, equipment, and process issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports to support operational and quality requirements. Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation integrity and regulatory compliance. Promote a safe, compliant, and productive manufacturing environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in encapsulated or pharmaceutical product manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance standards. Proven ability to lead teams and effectively manage production schedules. Pay:
$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
