• Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging.
• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. ## Basic Qualifications
• 3 or more years of experience leading teams in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies.
• Working experience with assemblies, Circuit Card Assembly Production and Coating application. ## Desired Skills
• Ability to interface with customers on a professional level.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance.
• Knowledge of business metrics and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and compliance requirements.

Certified is a plus.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
