The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage production activities, maintain quality and safety standards, and support employees in achieving daily production goals. What You'll Do Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing floor operations Plan and supervise production activities to meet schedules and quality standards Monitor production quality through routine checks Manage assigned manufacturing personnel and provide clear direction Monitor individual and team performance and provide coaching and feedback Train and support new and existing manufacturing associates Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety practices Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment Assist with manufacturing activities as needed Address production or personnel issues and support continuous improvement efforts Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For 3+ years of related manufacturing experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good organization and time management skills Computer literate and able to learn new software and systems Able to speak, read, and write English and/or Spanish
