Title:
Reagents Manufacturing Supervisor (IVDR) Report to: Manufacturing Director Job scope The Reagents Manufacturing Supervisor oversees all aspects of manufacturing and warehousing of reagent products. Job Responsibilities 1. Ensure reagents manufacturing and warehousing operations are in accordance with Boule USA requirements. 2. Sets direction for the department in support of Boule's goals. 3. Develops and implements metrics to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. 4. Interface with other departments as needed. 5. Provides training to the manufacturing staff and implements MWI processes. 6. Ensures schedules are developed, communicated, and executed to maximize manufacturing efficiency while delivering to customers' requirements. 7. Delivers conforming product, on time to customers' requirements. 8. Continually improves the costs and quality associated with products manufactured in the Reagents area. 9. Responsible for all aspects of personnel management within the department, and with Manufacturing Director's approval. 10. Perform other tasks as requested by the Manufacturing Director Pre-requisites/Job Experience Bachelor's degree + 10 years of IVD manufacturing experience (with at least 5 years in a management role). Strong grip on ERP systems, Excel, and Quality Management software. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a major plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a controlled environment (Lab coat, gloves, bouffant cap, mask, goggles, and booties).

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
