Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Facility Site Lead. On-Site Facility Lead. seeking two dependable individuals to provide on-site leadership and coordination at one of our premier subcontractor facilities in Cleveland, Georgia. These positions will serve as the primary link between us and our client and the subcontractor's operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily on-site leadership and represent our Client as a Professional liason. Coordinate production priorities, schedules and material requirements. Monitor product quality and compliance with Panel Built specifications. Identify and communicate production, quality or scheduling concerns. Assist with resolving issues that could affect quality or delivery. Maintain regular communication with Panel Built management. Promote a safe, organized and productive work environment. Provide daily progress reports and maintain basic project documentation.
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing, construction, fabrication or production preferred. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to read drawings and specifications is required. Dependable, organized and comfortable working independently. Commitment to quality, safety and schedule performance. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional overtime as project needs require.to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our manufacturing and industrial site. This role is vital in ensuring that all facility functions run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, supporting our commitment to high-quality production standards. As the Facility Site Lead, you will lead a team of technicians and coordinate with various departments to uphold safety protocols, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and production activities Lead mechanical assembly tasks, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized industrial tools to ensure precision in assembly processes Interpret blueprints, schematics, manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documents to guide work activities Conduct quality control inspections using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify adherence to quality standards in production Oversee safety protocol adherence by implementing safety procedures, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations Manage inventory of mechanical parts, tools, and measurement instruments necessary for manufacturing and maintenance tasks Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics for motor engine assembly or automotive repair projects Utilize forklifts and other industrial equipment safely to transport materials within the facility Ensure all work complies with manufacturing standard operating procedures and quality standards in production environments Experience Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial settings with a focus on mechanical assembly or machining processes Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and mechanical blueprint interpretation Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and other measurement instruments used in quality control Familiarity with automotive repair techniques and motor engine assembly is preferred Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, specialized industrial tools, and safety equipment effectively Knowledge of safety protocols related to manufacturing environments including OSHA standards or equivalent regulations Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience in machining or manufacturing processes Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Facility Site Lead where your expertise will directly impact our operational success!
