Your duties will include monitoring employees٫ organizing workflows and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes.

Production Supervisor responsibilities are:

Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards Ensure that all employees, visitors, etc. follow the company's Accident Prevention Rules. Perform all work in accordance with company standards and established safety procedures. To train and direct laborers in their various jobs, in a way which will promote safety, quality, and productivity.

Production Supervisor requirements are:

2+ years' experience of working on a Production Supervisor or other similar position Experience in the food industry will be an added advantage. Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver High School Diploma; additional degree in engineering or other relevant area will be a bonus
