SUPERVISOR

Job Title:

Supervisor (Night Shift) 5 AM - 5 PM

THIS IS AN HOURLY POSITION

Primary Duties:

Setting goals and objectives for the team Training and supervising team members Monitoring team performance and providing feedback Resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Leading team meetings and delegating tasks Reporting on team progress and performance to upper management

Secondary Duties:

Conducting Performance Evaluations Providing ongoing training and development for team members Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Assisting with employee scheduling and staffing.

2+ years of previous Experience required in managing people in manufacturing or sawmill environment required. Ability to read, write, and speak English Spanish (not required but helpful) Ability use Lean manufacturing decisions when needed.
