Job Description :

Lead all production related manufacturing operations. Meet shift metric goals, adhere to policies and make decisions focused on continuously improving safety, productivity, quality, and controlling operating costs. Utilize LEAN methodologies to analyze plant performance and create countermeasures when needed to correct underachievement. Lead labor relations and team development to maintain the strongest team culture possible. Collaborate with operations support functions including purchasing, finance, engineering, maintenance, quality, and human resources to ensure the value streams perform at their highest possible levels. Report to the Plant Operations Manager.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Teams functionalities 5+ years manufacturing experience required. 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

In addition to office work, this position requires working in a manufacturing environment where personal protective equipment is necessary.
