Kellanova is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead front-line manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, food production environment. You will oversee daily plant activities to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost targets are consistently met. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage and develop production associates, optimize schedules and workflows, and drive continuous improvement using lean and data-driven methods. Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery targets Manage and develop front-line production teams through coaching and performance management Optimize production schedules, workflows and resource utilization to improve OEEMonitor KPIs, analyze variances and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and company quality standards Collaborate with maintenance, quality, supply chain and HR to resolve issues and support production Drive problem-solving, root cause analysis and corrective actions for downtime and defects Support lean, 5 S and CI projects to reduce waste and improve productivity Champion a culture of safety, inclusion, accountability and high performance Prepare reports, metrics and recommendations for plant and senior leadership Required Skills Manufacturing operations management People leadership and coaching Production planning and scheduling Lean manufacturing and 5 SContinuous improvement and Kaizen Root cause analysis and problem solving OEE and KPI tracking Food safety, GMP and HACCP awareness Safety and OSHA compliance ERP and production reporting systems
