About the Role As a Manufacturing Floor Supervisor, you will lead high-performing assembly teams to drive operational excellence and meet ambitious production goals. You will leverage your expertise in Lean methodologies and team leadership to optimize workflows, ensuring that our manufacturing processes remain efficient, safe, and high-quality. Responsibilities Coordinate daily production activities by aligning workforce, tools, and materials to hit critical throughput targets. Translate high-level objectives into actionable daily tasks, ensuring consistent execution and schedule adherence. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing KPIs, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing effective corrective measures. Champion a culture of safety by enforcing rigorous compliance standards and conducting thorough root cause analyses for any incidents. Mentor and coach production personnel to foster a high-accountability environment and drive professional development. Standardize work processes and ensure strict adherence to quality protocols across all assembly lines. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical manufacturing. At least 2 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software for reporting and data management. Demonstrated commitment to industrial safety protocols and hazard mitigation. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Technical certifications in electrical or mechanical systems. Experience with wind energy, automotive, or heavy industrial assembly. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or German.
