SALARY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Job Purpose:
oversee production facility to ensure operating safely and efficiently. to produce a quality product that meets weights and measures requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily interaction at start and end of shift regarding priorities for production, processing, maintenance. Be a

mentor. 2. Oversee bagging & processing facilitating productivity, assisting with issues / improvements. 3. Awareness of inbound and outgoing shipments providing support as needed. 4. Maintain quality and safety standards as directed; conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT's). 5. Communicate with maintenance regarding equipment issues, PM's, parts needs, priorities. 6. Inventory management; submit accurate & timely reporting. 7. Direct others regarding production, processing, yard layout, systems & reporting. 8. Understand all aspects of production / shipping, driving improvement while training others. 9. Understand, promote and ensure that all company policies and procedures are in place.
