Job Description
2nd Shift and Weekend Shift Openings AAP Staff is hiring experienced Shift Supervisors to oversee our employees at a manufacturing client in Ottawa, IL. This position works directly with AAP employees and client management to ensure each shift is properly staffed, organized, safe, and productive. Responsibilities Coordinate employee check-in, attendance, headcounts, and daily work assignments Direct employees to assigned production lines and departments Monitor employee productivity, quality, attendance, and workplace conduct Coach employees and address performance or attendance concerns Enforce safety, GMP, PPE, and client policies Assist with employee orientations and shift start-up meetings Communicate staffing needs and operational issues to AAP and client management Complete attendance, incident, and shift reports Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, staffing, or supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Must be dependable and available for the assigned schedule Available Shifts 2nd
