Pay:

Job Description The Aircraft Interiors Supervisor provides hands-on leadership for aircraft interior projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position is responsible for coordinating workflow, assigning daily priorities, supporting technicians, and helping keep aircraft interior projects on schedule. You'll work closely with management and other departments to balance labor resources, resolve production issues, and ensure customers receive exceptional workmanship on every project. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate technicians performing aircraft interior work, including seats, upholstery, soft goods, and interior installations. Assign daily work and establish priorities to keep projects moving efficiently. Coordinate labor and staffing based on production schedules and customer requirements. Work closely with management and other departments to maintain project schedules. Monitor workflow and resolve production issues as they arise. Coach, mentor, and develop technicians while promoting a positive team environment. Review employee timecards and ensure work orders are accurate and current. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Assist the team when needed to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of aircraft interiors experience , preferably supporting private or business aircraft. Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience . High school diploma or GED. Strong understanding of aircraft interior materials, upholstery, soft goods, installation, and repair processes. Experience coordinating production schedules, labor planning, and daily workflow. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces and typical aircraft maintenance environments. Ability to maintain required tools for the position.
