Crawfordsville, Indiana The Systems Group Crawfordsville, Indiana, United States (On-site) The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next General Foreman. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Site Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities:
Knowledge of pipefitting, welding and fabrication Structural fabrication and mechanical experience Preparing quotes for customers Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel Allocate adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear and procedures Developing and managing project budgets and quality standards Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably Daily submission of required documentation; i.e. JHA's, Supervisors Daily Reports, Incident Reports, etc. Benefits - Company subsidized health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, paid vacation, paid holidays, and opportunities for continuing education.
Experience and Requirements:
3 years of Foreman and/or above experience Experience in steel mills or similar industry Experience with Microsoft Office Software OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided) Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen So, do you think you have what it takes to join The Systems Family?
