Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure team members work safely, ensure operators have all required PPE to safely accomplish assigned job duties. Produce quality parts by utilizing Midway Product Quality System. Monitor assigned area's performance. Coordinate the manufacturing activity. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and lead continuous improvement projects. Utilize MPS to control processes. Assist with cross-training team members to create multi-functional employees. Teach, train, coach, and assist team members and has authority to discipline as needed. Assist in scheduling assigned employees and ensuring proper staffing. Ensure assigned area board is up to date. Prepare daily pass down information and communicate with manager on opposite shift daily. Work cross functionally to help resolve daily production challenges. Review employees' timecards daily and communicate any changes with the appropriate departments. Manage all employees' requests/concerns in accordance with our policies and procedures.
