Manage the end-to-end production schedule, including material flow, resource allocation, and daily setup requirements. Analyze production data and shift reports to calculate yields, track recovery rates, and report on key performance indicators. Resolve operational disruptions in real-time to maintain consistent output and meet delivery deadlines. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by testing new methods and streamlining assembly processes. Ensure a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment by strictly enforcing organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 4 years of combined experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industrial field. Proven ability to lead teams, manage scheduling, and handle personnel development. Strong analytical skills with experience in process monitoring and reporting. Flexibility to support operational needs across various shifts and schedules as required. Preferred Skills Prior experience within an automotive manufacturing environment.
