Production Supervisor Rochester, IN 2nd Shift | Onsite Full-Time | Direct Hire Position Overview Reliance One, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead production operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production teams, coordinating daily production activities, maintaining material flow, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a strong, hands-on leader with experience in automotive manufacturing and the ability to support production teams in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Lead and supervise production associates by providing training, coaching, scheduling, performance feedback, and day-to-day direction. Communicate job expectations and hold team members accountable to established policies and procedures. Monitor production processes, volumes, and performance while recommending adjustments to improve efficiency. Coordinate production activities, including planning, scheduling, setup, and execution. Maintain efficient material flow and ensure labor and material requirements are met to support the daily production schedule. Monitor production progress and resolve issues that may impact output, quality, or efficiency. Identify production delays and bottlenecks and implement process improvements to minimize downtime. Prepare daily shift production reports and track production results, yields, and recoveries. Communicate production status, requirements, and outstanding issues to the next shift. Partner with production support leaders and other departments to address operational challenges. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve production workflow. Assist team members and other departments in achieving production and organizational goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - What You Bring (Must Haves) High School Diploma or GED required. 4+ years of relevant manufacturing experience and/or higher education in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively lead, coach, and develop production employees. Ability to monitor multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness and availability to work 2nd shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as production needs require. Ability to support production operations across different shifts when needed. Work Environment Onsite position in Rochester, IN. High-volume manufacturing environment. Fast-paced production floor with frequent interaction with production employees and support teams. Requires flexibility to support overtime, weekends, holidays, and other production needs.
