Based at our Rushville, IN location, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the assigned department(s) by assuring that productivity, quality and safety standards are maintained. Responsible for maintaining the condition of equipment and securing maintenance services.

AS A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL

Plan, supervise, and direct daily production operations utilizing strong interpersonal skills. Instruct, train, orient, and coach employees to achieve safety, production, and quality objectives. Consistently and fairly administer and support company policies and procedures. Maintain and promote a culture of continuous improvement, 6S, and lean manufacturing

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Two (2) year associate degree plus one (1) year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior supervisory or leadership experience, including direction, engagement, and coaching Effective communication skills, written and verbal, when dealing with all levels of the organization Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Four (4) year bachelor's degree. One to three (1-3) years or more of experience in manufacturing with similar responsibilities ISO experience #LI-JB1 Why Work in Rushville, IN Our facility is located in Rushville, IN, which is less than an hour from Indianapolis. About Our Location Our 2-building campus offers a safe and clean work environment with a "family" atmosphere. We manufacture new semi-hermetic compressors and take the worn-out, failed compressors out of the field and remanufacture them to "like new" status, as well as manufacture crank shafts.
