Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Production Supervisor for our planer mill, leading safe, efficient operations in a high-volume wood products facility. You will supervise hourly teams, coordinate production schedules, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement to meet safety, output, and cost targets. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, optimizing workflow, tracking KPIs, and ensuring adherence to environmental and safety standards. You will partner with maintenance, logistics, and management to improve reliability and minimize downtime while coaching employees, supporting development, and fostering a culture of integrity and sustainability.
