ASSISTANT PLANT SUPERVISOR

Brandon Woods of Dartmouth is a 118-bed skilled nursing center located in beautiful South Dartmouth, MA. We have been family owned and operated, servicing the health care needs of seniors for nearly 50 years. We specialize in Short Term Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation and Sub-acute Care. Our facility also hosts Senior Transportation. The Assistant Plant Supervisor is responsible to assist in all mechanical work and repairs of the building, including fire alarm system, firefighting equipment, boilers, electrical system, plumbing system, refrigeration system, dietary equipment, painting, carpentry, or interior and exterior structure of the building and landscaping of the grounds, snow removal including plowing and sanding. Assist in the safety and security programs of the facility. Practices positive resident relations by demonstrating hospitality and service standards to residents, families, guests and the public. One to two years in plant operations and maintenance is necessary. Any advanced training or two to five years' experience in the construction trades is desirable. Active driver's license and clean driving record required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to speak, read, and write English.
