What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop production employees and Team Leaders Drive daily production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to solve problems and improve performance Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor production metrics, staffing, and operational performance What We're Looking For 5+ years of manufacturing experience 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing Automotive manufacturing experience preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
