Collaborate with VPE Launch IEs to develop AutoCad Layout for every operator Station (Trim, Chassis, Final, Door Line, Engine Line, and HV Battery Line if applicable) andCoordinate all AutoCad layouts:

Tooling / EquipmentTorque ToolsErgo ArmsLine Side Material DisplaysOperator Break Areas and Supervisor DesksPFS LayoutDefine Scope of Work (SOW)New Tool InstallationTool RelocationsStation RearrangementSupport Contractors / Maintenance on the actual white steels and tooling installationsChange Management along with IEs (Scroll Changes / Refinements)Provide Training and Coaching to other
Station Designers Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma / G.E.D and 5 years equivalent manufacturing experienceCapable in performing 2D Layout in AutoCADWorkstation Design ExperiencesExpertise in developing SOW (Scope of Work)GA Shop Floor Tooling Installation Facilitation experiences to ensure the correct tools are installed in the right station and in the right way (Festooning / White Steel / Tool Rails / Tooling Sequence, etc)Understanding IE scroll / man assignments
