We offer an opportunity to grow with us. Responsibilities include all aspects of plant production, quality reporting and Customer interface. Must be comfortable with shop floor environment. Must be focused on continuous improvement.

• Experience in industrial production supervision.
• Sound communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to direct & supervise plant operations.
• Ability to work overtime on weekends.
• Understanding of Automotive Quality Systems.
• Knowledge of heat treating operations and/or metallurgy a plus.
• Knowledge of Industrial Health & Safety Standards.
• Must be able to report for work on time.
• Must be able to pass Physical and Drug Test.
