Prep Crew Foreman

Hutch Paving is currently seeking a Working Prep Crew Foreman. The ideal candidate will know how to fine grade with a Dozer.

Responsibilities:

Oversee, assign and communicate tasks to crew members. prepare and grade sites for paving crew to pour asphalt Knowledge and experience in operating of a Dozer. Estimate the amount of labor and materials required for construction projects. Ability to train employees. Must possess knowledge of paving operations, equipment, safety, and standard procedures. Experience fine grading. Repair Catch basins All Other Duties as Assigned.

Requirements:

Working experience as Prep Crew Foreman Fine Grading Skills Must have years of experience operating a dozer. Ability to read drawings and blueprints Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to communicate and report effectively Good math skills Availability to work overtime and weekends.
