Job Description:

• WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION

• + Directly lead production employees, including training, directing, conducting performance reviews, educating, and mentoring on performance.

+ Look after day-to-day production activities to ensure that current commitments are achieved while improvements are being made. + Handle daily performance through the use of process center communication boards daily. + Be a change agent and drive out waste throughout the manufacturing operation through the deployment of the Lean methodology. + Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees, emphasizing prevention of potential problems and hazardous conditions, and supports nVent's safety programs. + Review and submit payroll hours on a weekly basis, entering exception hours as needed. + Support new process and product development and implementation. + Develops key improvement projects and fulfills related duties as needed.

• YOU HAVE

• + High school diploma or G.E.D + Ideally 3 plus years manufacturing experience, with a preference for manufacturing leadership experience preferred + Ideally 2+ years of experience in Lean manufacturing, with a strong ability to articulate and apply Lean concepts and methodologies.

• Pay Transparency
• nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

• Compensation Range:

• $62,900.00 - $116,900.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
