Job Description

Do you enjoy developing teams, improving processes, and making a direct impact on production performance? We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our Machining and Assembly operations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence daily operations, mentor employees, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape the future of our manufacturing success. What You'll Do Lead and support teams within Machining and Assembly operations. Drive production performance while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth production flow. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity. Monitor key performance metrics and take action to achieve operational goals. Coach, mentor, and develop employees to maximize performance and career growth. Support new product introductions and process improvements. Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred. 1+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience. Experience in machining, assembly, production, or industrial operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial manufacturing environments. Knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing standards. Familiarity with quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, and Control Plans. Experience leading continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies. Ability to interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and production documentation. Experience with production planning, workforce scheduling, and resource allocation. Understanding of key manufacturing metrics, KPI tracking, and performance reporting. Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operational efficiency initiatives. Strong coaching, mentoring, and employee development skills. Proficiency with ERP, PLM, or other manufacturing software systems. Why Join Us? ✅
