Job Description

We are looking for a Production Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will champion safety, quality, and efficiency within our manufacturing operations. As a key link between the production floor and management, you'll drive team performance and ensure our products meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Champion a culture of safety by actively promoting and leading safety processes, ensuring a secure working environment. Collaborate with the Quality department to guarantee product compliance with customer specifications and fulfillment targets. Oversee departmental production activities, managing and prioritizing workflow to meet production schedules. Lead teams in identifying and resolving production and product-related challenges, fostering continuous improvement. Manage team performance through coaching, development, and accountability, aligning individual contributions with business objectives. Compile and analyze production data to provide insights on performance, supporting informed decision-making. Serve as a liaison between the production floor and office personnel, fostering open communication and trust across teams. Qualifications Required Skills 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role. Solid understanding of metal fabrication, machining, and welding processes. Proficiency in using power tools and maintaining a safe working environment. Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive change. Preferred Skills Associate degree in a related field. Familiarity with JobBoss, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of AS9100 standards.
