  • Supervising, evaluating, and empowering an hourly team that produces manufactured products while organizing workflow to meet quality and productivity requirements.
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work and verifying that production lines are running safely and smoothly.
  • Driving to exceed personal and team goals by holding yourself and your team to high performance standards through servant leadership and building strong interpersonal relationships with team members and management. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience.
  • Possess working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Are able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
