Career Growth Opportunities Starting Pay:
$28.00-$32.00 per hour depending on experience. Higher earning potential with specialized skills. Helitech is seeking an experienced and motivated Poly Foreman to lead poly injection and soil stabilization projects. Qualifications for an Ideal Candidate Safely operate tools, pumps, injection equipment, and machinery Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to adapt to changing jobsite conditions and schedules Dependable, motivated, and safety-focused Ability to train and supervise crew members Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To Lead poly injection crews on residential projects Review project specifications and prepare materials, tools, and equipment Perform polyurethane foam injection for lifting, void filling, and soil stabilization Ensure quality and safety standards are met Complete job documentation and reports Communicate with customers throughout projects Maintain equipment and maximize crew productivity Train and develop crew members Requirements 3+ years of construction, foundation repair, concrete lifting, or related experience 2+ years of leadership experience preferred Experience with polyurethane injection preferred Ability to read plans and specifications Strong troubleshooting skills Leadership & Execution Lead crews safely and efficiently Strong organization and time management Manage project priorities and deadlines Maintain high workmanship standards Safety & Work Ethic Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety Safety-first mindset Reliable, hardworking, and results-oriented Additional Requirements Ability to lift 75+ lbs Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver license required CDL is a plus Benefits Package Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance options 401(k) with company match Bonus opportunities Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Employee referral program Overtime and travel pay Schedule Full-time Monday through Thursday 8-12 hour shifts Pre-Employment Please note: All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
