$42 - $48/hr What's the Job? Lead daily production operations and supervise a team of approximately 40 hourly employees. Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with GM's SPQRCE framework. Monitor production metrics, conduct quality checks, and resolve operational issues. Coach employees, handle attendance and performance discussions, and maintain required documentation. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve manufacturing goals. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required. 5+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities. Experience leading production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency with computer systems including Excel, Word, Kronos, and production reporting tools Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and time-management skills. What's in it for me?
