Position is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating the quality assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products.

Responsibilities:

Lead plant audits with the cross functional team to ensure

ISO 9001

compliance / Work with management team to educate and resolve non-conformances Support Lean initiatives to encourage standard operating procedures, eliminating 7 areas of waste, process improvements, and new technology investigation Analyze, evaluate, and present information concerning factors such as business situations, manufacturing problems, and design and development of new products Investigate customer complaints and facilitate root cause analysis in the plant and at customer locations Manage employees assigned to area of responsibility Assure program elements are established, implemented, and effectively maintained in compliance with

ISO 9001-2015

Cooperate with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, and goals

Qualifications:

Required Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field 3 years of experience in quality management Strong working knowledge of

ISO-9000

Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers Strong computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Problem Solving Skills Advanced mathematical skills Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks at once Preferred 3 years secondary aluminum knowledge Experience with QS-9000 and

ISO-14001.
