Job Description
Ornamental iron shop specializes in railings, gates, and other architectual metal. We are looking to add a metal craftsman to our team. Great opportunity for the right person. Candidates must be dependable, self motivated, detail oriented and have an excellent work ethic. Fabrication experience is required. Ornamental iron experience is a plus. Carpentry/construction experience may also be helpful.
Daily duties include:
- Fabricating from shop drawings
MIG /TIG
welding of steel and aluminum- Use of grinders, saws, benders, drill press, etc.
- Installing jobs in the field (when needed)
- Misc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Reliable transportation
- Acility to problem solve
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Welding experience
- Hard working / Organized /
