Overview:
We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting molding and assembly line production. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive safety, quality, and efficiency while developing a high-performing team. If you enjoy working on the floor, solving problems in real-time, and building strong teams, this is a great opportunity to step into a stable, growing operation with long-term career potential. Must have manufacturing experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Lead and develop a team of production employees on molding and assembly lines Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards Train and coach employees on procedures, equipment, and best practices Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Monitor production output, labor efficiency, and waste reduction Troubleshoot production issues and partner with maintenance to reduce downtime Maintain accurate production reports, timekeeping, and shift documentation Track employee training and skills progression using sign-off sheets or matrices Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and 5
S Skills and Experience:
What You'll Bring as a
Preferred Candidate:
5-8 years of manufacturing experience (assembly, molding, or production environment) Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, workflow, and productivity metrics Experience in training and developing entry-level or hourly workforce Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, PPE, etc.) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Basic computer skills (Excel, production systems, or ERP tools) Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production issues Ability to work 3rd shift or off-shift schedules consistently Standout with: Hands-on leader who prefers being on the production floor Strong communicator who can motivate and hold teams accountable Experience in improving processes, reducing waste, or increasing efficiency Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
