The Role You Will Play Provide hands-on leadership support for 3rd shift weaving and production operations within a complex textile manufacturing environment. Support hourly associates, production flow, attendance, quality, training, and shift execution across the weaving area and adjacent departments. Unlike traditional office-based supervision roles, this position requires visible floor leadership, operational grit, and direct associate engagement. This role creates long-term advancement potential within an employee-owned manufacturing organization known for promoting leaders internally. What You Bring Expertise in fast-paced manufacturing leadership and floor-level associate support. 3+ years' Experience in manufacturing supervision or production leadership. Exposure to textile manufacturing, weaving, quality, or production reporting preferred. Working Knowledge of safety standards, training, attendance management, and production accountability. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
