Responsible for tracking SUFS program data for all crew members, ensuring accurate documentation of safety performance and participation to support timely and correct payout.
Bachelors degree in horticulture or related industry preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices, seasonal services, and enhancement work. Special Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational abilities.

The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful operations of a portfolio of accounts, including budget control, delivery of quality products, crew training, safety and equipment allocation and assignment. This role manages crews, monitors job progress, and works closely with Account Managers to ensure client expectations are met. The Production Manager also plays a key role in workforce planning, scheduling, safety enforcement, and equipment coordination, while supporting employee development and maintaining strong client relationships.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

ABOUT YOU
Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in landscape maintenance, field operations, or crew leadership in a production environment.1+ years in a management role.Bachelors degree in horticulture or related industry preferred but not required.
