3005086630-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Marvin is seeking a Manufacturing Controls Supervisor to lead the controls and automation systems that keep our premium window and door manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll oversee PLC- and HMI-based control systems, coordinate troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement in uptime, quality, and safety. You'll guide a small technical team, collaborate with engineering and production, manage vendors and documentation, and help implement new equipment and process upgrades in our people-first, innovative environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support day-to-day operation of manufacturing control and automation systems. Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and drives to minimize downtime. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring controls issues. Collaborate with engineering and production on process improvements and new equipment. Maintain controls documentation, standards, and change management. Coordinate vendor support and manage small controls and automation projects. Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards in all controls work. Train and mentor technicians and operators on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
