You must be able to communicate fluently in English/Spanish.

Job Duties:

Supervise and coordinate production team activities during 2nd shift operations. Ensure daily production schedules, productivity targets, and customer requirements are achieved. Monitor employee performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies. Provide coaching, training, and development to production team members. Enforce food safety, sanitation, quality, and regulatory compliance standards. Maintain accurate production records and shift reports. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or related environments. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a refrigerated/cold storage environment for extended periods. Knowledge of workplace safety standards and production operations.
