Previous experience as a Lead or Supervisor in a production facility Summary This position is responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yield standards while ensuring the safest work environment possible. The role requires a strong understanding and control of the production process, accurate recordkeeping, and overall line maintenance and staffing.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing daily production orders to ensure customer fulfillment Ensuring all positions are staffed prior to production start-up Overseeing Team Member morning exercises and job rotations to support ergonomics Monitoring machinery performance to ensure operational efficiency Verifying all workstations have passed USDA inspection Promoting workplace safety daily and through monthly safety meetings Ensuring accurate shipments, proper inventory rotation, and correct product coding Communicating company benefits and compensation policies to Team Members Supporting Team Member engagement, training, retention, and counseling Collaborating with other supervisors to resolve operational issues Maintaining records of reworked or returned products Reinforcing continuous quality education and standards Performing additional duties as needed Requirements Education High school diploma required Additional education, vocational training, or college coursework preferred Computer Skills Basic computer skills preferred Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills required Supervisory Responsibilities Responsible for supervising a team performing related production tasks and activities Travel 1-5 trips per year Schedule Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 4:00
