Join a Growing Manufacturing Team Index Packaging is seeking an experienced, hands-on Corrugated Production Supervisor to lead our Corrugated Manufacturing department. This position is responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining a safe work environment, and developing a high-performing production team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys coaching employees, solving production challenges, and leading by example on the manufacturing floor.

What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Corrugated Manufacturing department Assign production priorities based on customer demand and production schedules Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved Train, coach, and develop production employees Monitor productivity and address workflow issues proactively Read and interpret production specifications and work orders Operate and troubleshoot corrugated fabrication equipment as needed Perform machine setup, adjustments, maintenance, and minor repairs Ensure all safety procedures and housekeeping standards are followed Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material needs Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications Collaborate with Operations and other departments to improve efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience preferred Corrugated packaging or converting experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate, coach, and hold employees accountable Strong maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting skills required Machine maintenance and repair experience required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new software Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements:

Regularly lift up to 35 pounds Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Safely operate manufacturing equipment and handle production tooling Why Join Index Packaging?
