Job Description Supervise and lead a team of production associates, technicians, and operators during your assigned shift Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance and tooling teams to minimize downtime Support troubleshooting efforts on molding equipment and manufacturing processes Ensure adherence to quality standards, work instructions, and operating procedures Train, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a positive team environment Coordinate shift handoffs and communicate production priorities across departments Identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
